Strategie individualisieren
Die Anlagestrategien können gebührenfrei angepasst werden. Sie können andere Indexbausteine einsetzen oder die Gewichte ändern. Ihnen steht eine Vielfalt von Indexinstrumenten zur Verfügung.
Institutioneller Fondsbezug
Was Ihnen als privater Anleger verwehrt ist, können Sie über die Säule 3a von finpension tun. Sie können in die Fondsklasse investieren, die sonst institutionellen Anlegern vorbehalten ist. Dadurch und dank unserer Pauschalgebühr von 0.39 % können Sie deutlich günstiger in Wertschriften investieren, als dies mit üblichen Vorsorgefonds möglich ist.
Indexfonds
Die Anlagestrategien werden mit Indexfonds umgesetzt. Indexfonds zählen wie ETFs zu den passiven Anlageinstrumenten. Indexfonds haben allerdings gegenüber ETFs zwei wesentliche Vorteile:
- Quellensteuern auf ausländischen Dividenden und Zinserträgen können dank einer Anlegerkreiskontrolle zurückgefordert werden.
- Es fallen keine Stempelabgaben beim Kauf und Verkauf der Fonds an (je 0.075 % gespart bei Schweizer bzw. je 0.15 % bei ausländischen ETFs).
Depotbank
finpension ist bankunabhängig. Wir haben weder eine vertragliche Verpflichtung, bestimmte Fonds zu verkaufen, noch ist eine Depotbank an finpension beteiligt. Diese Unabhängigkeit ermöglicht es uns, auf Veränderungen rasch zu reagieren und Wertschriften bei Bedarf zu einer anderen Depotbank zu transferieren.
Mit der Säule 3a von finpension haben Sie aktuell Zugang zu den institutionellen Fonds von drei Fondshäusern, der Credit Suisse, von Swisscanto und von UBS. Die Fonds dieser Fondshäuser werden auch von vielen Pensionskassen eingesetzt und verwalten ein sehr hohes Volumen von deutlich über 100 Milliarden Franken.
