For your HR employees

We have developed various tools for your HR staff. These tools simplify the administration of your insured employees and are available in the HR Login here hr.finpension.ch.

A CSV upload is available for the initial registration of all the insured employees.

Salary changes

Salary changes can be entered in two different ways:

  • On the one hand, there is an input mask with which salaries can be entered and saved individually.
  • On the other hand, a CSV upload is also available, which can be used to adjust the salaries of several employees at the same time.

Contribution overview

How high are the savings contributions and how high are the risk and administration costs? The contribution overview provides the answers. Furthermore, it provides all necessary information for the monthly payroll. The contribution overview can be downloaded in two ways as a PDF and as a CSV file.

The following additional cases can be managed via the web application:

  • Plan changes by the insured persons
  • Unpaid leave
  • Incapacity for work
  • Termination

Competent contact persons from finpension are available to HR employees at all times should they have any questions.
