Implementation of a 1e plan
The introduction of a 1e plan requires good communication with the insured employees. We have a lot of experience in introducing 1e plans.
1. Roadshows
A timely communication about the decision to introduce a (new) 1e plan is important. For this purpose, information events are offered for the insured.
2. Digital onboarding
The insured persons receive an invitation by e-mail to set up their individual 1e account. Once all has been set up, the 1e account can be managed via the finpension app.
3. Open-door days
After the onboarding e-mails have been sent, the insured persons may book an appointment with an advisor where they can ask questions about 1e, the choice of strategy or other pension related topics.
